Our tenancy and deposit arrangements
- You will enter into a joint Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) agreement for twelve months which can be verified by the University Accommodation Office.
- Your deposit (£300 per person) is placed in the Government Deposit Protection Scheme. This is fully refundable at the end of the tenancy.

- You will receive a background information sheet
- If you are interested:
- we will give you a sample contract to take away and examine, and refer to your parents and/or University Accommodation Office
- we will make a booking for a second viewing / contract signing at a convenient time for yourselves
- we will ask you for a deposit (£300 per student) to secure the property
Moving in
We ask that at least one member of the party attends the property on the 1st July in order to collect the keys and inspect the property.
During your stay
We have a professional maintenance team available to assist with any issues that occur during your stay. We are available via telephone or email if any issues arise, and we will from time to time, visit the property (after giving you proper notice) to ensure that all is well.
Moving out
During the final month of the tenancy, we will attend the property and advise you on areas of cleaning that are required to ensure a full return of deposit.
We ask that at least one member of the party attends the property on the 30th June in order to agree handover of the property.
